Project Comet was born out of my interest in forming a running habit. Growing up, physical exercise was never a big part of my family culture, so forming a running habit was extra difficult for me, albeit extra rewarding. My goal was to run at least 20 minutes a day (about 1 mile). The reason I was able to do this was through the support of a habit accountability group that I had with my friends.
Project Comet is an app that allows you to share your progress towards a habit with a group of friends who are also trying to form their own habits. Besides the social accountability aspect, the app also allows you track your progress and view the photos that you posted on each day via the calendar. Feel free to check out the prototype below!
